Order Status - Where's My order?

How do I check on the status and tracking of my order? please see how for both Online Accounts and Guest Checkout.

Confirmation Emails: All Orders placed: We send email confirmations of the order along with updated shipping information, tracking numbers and details. 
* It is very important that you type the correct email address in when placing an order
** Shipping confirmations sent in emails that may contain order tracking/link details. It is normal for it take up to 24 hours for all details to be present on tracking link.

 

My Account - Online Accounts

I have an account online, where can I find my order status and tracking details?

Log in via the "My Account" link and click on the "My Orders" link. (need help with logging in)

When you are logged into your My Account Dashboard, you will see a button for "My Orders". thsi will bring up and show your order and order status. 

Order Action Column -> Click on "See Tracking Number(s)" or "View Order" (see image)

Finding My Tracking Number:

After clicking: See Tracking Number(s) or View Order-> you will see a full confirmation order details page along with a tracking number for each item. (can eb the same, can be different)

Or another option: In the footer of our website and via our Customer Service Help Center Section, click on the   "Order Status" link or "Track My Order(s)"


Guest Checkout

I used Guest Checkout, No Account Online, where can I find my order status and tracking details?

Use our Online Order Status Look Up:

 In the footer of our website and via our Customer Service Help Center Section, click on the   "Order Status" link or "Track My Order(s)"

IMPORTANT - please have your Order# + email or zip code you used when placing the order.
-> To find your order # please refer to your email confirmation sent. If you have an account online you can log in and click on "My Orders" (search your email for jerrysartarama, jerry's artarama etc.)
